開(kāi)拓新路。習(xí)近平同志在G20會(huì)議、達(dá)沃斯論壇、“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作峰會(huì)的幾次主旨演講中，都闡發(fā)了人類(lèi)文明的前進(jìn)道路，并且提出了“中國(guó)方案”，這些都充分展現(xiàn)出中國(guó)大國(guó)道路所秉承的準(zhǔn)則和理念，反映出習(xí)近平同志致力實(shí)現(xiàn)的中國(guó)夢(mèng)，并不僅僅是中華民族的夢(mèng)想，其實(shí)內(nèi)含著人類(lèi)文明的前進(jìn)道路，在歐美出現(xiàn)保守趨勢(shì)的情況下，我們主張的仍然是全球化道路，是文明互鑒。根本意義上講，其中反映出習(xí)近平同志主動(dòng)作為的思想理念。

把握節(jié)奏。中國(guó)要在世界前進(jìn)道路上發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用，除了不斷加強(qiáng)自己的硬實(shí)力、軟實(shí)力，實(shí)現(xiàn)自身品質(zhì)上的突破，同時(shí)還要以科學(xué)的節(jié)奏實(shí)現(xiàn)良性互動(dòng)，而不是硬突破，導(dǎo)致沖撞，既遲滯了自己的發(fā)展步伐，同時(shí)給世界以不安定因素。習(xí)近平同志把握了這一點(diǎn)，比如，G20會(huì)上提出自己方案的同時(shí)，強(qiáng)調(diào)中國(guó)方案不是瓦解世界既有秩序和規(guī)則，而是強(qiáng)調(diào)補(bǔ)充作用，這是很理性的判斷，也是有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)良性互動(dòng)的判斷。

講求實(shí)效。“一帶一路”已經(jīng)開(kāi)始讓參與國(guó)真切感受到中國(guó)力量，尤其是從中獲得益處，這就是實(shí)效。還有一種實(shí)效在于夯實(shí)自身基礎(chǔ)，比如大力提升國(guó)民素質(zhì)和世界胸懷、世界眼光，保證全民族具有引領(lǐng)人類(lèi)文明前行的能力。所有這些，落實(shí)下來(lái)無(wú)疑是一場(chǎng)現(xiàn)代意義上的中華民族的啟蒙運(yùn)動(dòng)，當(dāng)成效進(jìn)一步顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)，中華民族便屹立于世界民族之林。

Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has won remarkable achievements in governing China. In the political aspects, "strengthening faith, setting value coordinates, and drawing the red line" has effectively curbed the decline of the conduct of the Party and government, and then helped to create an upward political ecology trend. In the society aspects, the CPC has used better Party conduct to improve the conduct of the government and the people, and tried to realize a comprehensive effect; followed the modern social governance model, and made rule of law the fundamental path of social governance and a breakthrough point; and addressed both the root causes and symptoms of problems, reviewed social relations and behavioral norms, and underscored the power of soft constraint. In the national culture aspects, the CPC has paid attention to cultural quality reconstruction and the reconstruction of the values while restarting the humanities spirit Long March, so that humanistic ecology is on track. In the military aspects, the CPC has strengthened political quality, cleared development obstacles, and reformed system, thus military ecology has improved. In the international affairs aspect, the CPC has constantly opened up new ways, grasped the pace, and been result-oriented, getting China to play a larger role.
