在中美關系方面，特朗普一方面在經貿、朝鮮半島問題乃至南海上頻頻發(fā)牌，力圖從中為美國獲取更多利益，但也逐漸認識到中美關系的全面性、復雜性及重要性。兩國元首的成功會晤及高層交往頻繁的互動與交流，為兩國關系的健康平穩(wěn)發(fā)展發(fā)揮了引領作用。四大新對話機制的建立與推進，為中美兩國解決包括經貿等問題在內的棘手問題提供了新渠道與新動力，也為妥善管控分歧提供了機制保障。隨著2017年11月特朗普就任后的首次訪華，中美兩國領導人將迎來共同把脈中美關系，尋求中美關系新共識，促進中美合作的新機遇。

展望未來，美俄關系的“冷淡”狀況不會發(fā)生根本性變化，美國國會將繼續(xù)為兩國關系“吹冷風”。美印關系會朝著既定方向發(fā)展，兩國在政治、經濟乃至安全領域的合作會繼續(xù)深化，但其重要性仍將居于次要地位。中美關系將繼續(xù)呈現(xiàn)競爭與合作并存局面，但兩國會努力管控分歧，并積極尋求新的合作點，確保中美關系的平穩(wěn)及健康發(fā)展。
