在中美關(guān)系方面，特朗普一方面在經(jīng)貿(mào)、朝鮮半島問(wèn)題乃至南海上頻頻發(fā)牌，力圖從中為美國(guó)獲取更多利益，但也逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到中美關(guān)系的全面性、復(fù)雜性及重要性。兩國(guó)元首的成功會(huì)晤及高層交往頻繁的互動(dòng)與交流，為兩國(guó)關(guān)系的健康平穩(wěn)發(fā)展發(fā)揮了引領(lǐng)作用。四大新對(duì)話機(jī)制的建立與推進(jìn)，為中美兩國(guó)解決包括經(jīng)貿(mào)等問(wèn)題在內(nèi)的棘手問(wèn)題提供了新渠道與新動(dòng)力，也為妥善管控分歧提供了機(jī)制保障。隨著2017年11月特朗普就任后的首次訪華，中美兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人將迎來(lái)共同把脈中美關(guān)系，尋求中美關(guān)系新共識(shí)，促進(jìn)中美合作的新機(jī)遇。

展望未來(lái)，美俄關(guān)系的“冷淡”狀況不會(huì)發(fā)生根本性變化，美國(guó)國(guó)會(huì)將繼續(xù)為兩國(guó)關(guān)系“吹冷風(fēng)”。美印關(guān)系會(huì)朝著既定方向發(fā)展，兩國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)乃至安全領(lǐng)域的合作會(huì)繼續(xù)深化，但其重要性仍將居于次要地位。中美關(guān)系將繼續(xù)呈現(xiàn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作并存局面，但兩國(guó)會(huì)努力管控分歧，并積極尋求新的合作點(diǎn)，確保中美關(guān)系的平穩(wěn)及健康發(fā)展。
