結(jié)語
碳達(dá)峰、碳中和目標(biāo)是基于我國國情和科學(xué)論證確立的目標(biāo),不僅有路徑、可操作,而且將帶動一系列技術(shù)進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,帶來新投資、新產(chǎn)業(yè)、新交通、新建筑、新能源等,形成新的發(fā)展方式,深刻推動經(jīng)濟和社會進(jìn)步及生態(tài)文明建設(shè),助力實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟、能源、環(huán)境、氣候的共贏和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
實現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰與碳中和是一項復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,須謀劃最優(yōu)的戰(zhàn)略路徑,掌握好工作的節(jié)奏,積極而穩(wěn)妥地把握好實現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰、碳中和雙目標(biāo)的節(jié)奏。
碳達(dá)峰、碳中和,是參與全球的世紀(jì)大考,是從工業(yè)文明時代走向生態(tài)文明時代,是人類文明的趕考,中國不能落伍,歷史要我們考出好成績!

On Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization

Abstract: In 2020, China announced to the world its national goal of achieving carbon peak by 2030 and striving to achieve carbon neutralization by 2060. The dual targets of carbon peak and carbon neutralization are based on China's national conditions and scientific verification. There are paths to realize them and the paths are operable, they will also drive a series of technological progress, bring about new investment, new industries, new transportation, new buildings and new energy, help to form a new development mode, deeply promote economic and social progress and ecological preservation, create a win-win situation among the economy, energy, environment and climate, and promote sustainable development. Achieving carbon peak and carbon neutralization is a complex project. It is necessary to prepare an optimal strategic path, and keep a good grasp of the pace of the work to actively and steadily realize the dual targets.
